2. Service Description

Bufete360 is a legal management platform that provides tools for case management, documents, billing, legal deadlines, and client communication. The service is offered under a subscription model with different plans.

3. User Accounts

By creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information.
• Maintain the security of your password and account.
• Immediately notify any unauthorized use of your account.
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
• Interfere with the operation of the service.
• Upload malicious content or content that violates third-party rights.
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization.

5. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to the data you upload to the platform. Bufete360 does not claim ownership of your cases, documents, client information, or other data. We grant you a limited license to use our platform, and you grant us a limited license to host and process your data solely to provide the service.

6. Payments and Billing

• Subscription plans are billed monthly or annually at your choice.
• Payments are non-refundable, except when required by applicable law.
• We reserve the right to modify prices with 30 days prior notice.
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% availability. However, the service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will not be liable for temporary service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

Bufete360 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.

9. Cancellation

You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will have access to the service until the end of your current billing period. After cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through a notice on the platform at least 30 days in advance.
